Melbourne Updates

Had this sudden urge to blog about my recent life.

Yeah, I'm still good, the same old me, except for some changes in my life. Well, not gonna mention the details about the changes, and yeah....

For people who don't know, I just came back from Melbourne, like a month ago...?

Frankly speaking, it wasn't a pleasant trip as I came back with a broken heart.

The trip went well at the beginning (at least I was hopeful at the first place), and things just turned upside down all the way...

Didn't manage to travel a lot in Melbourne, not the Yarra Valley, not the city of Ballarat, not even the famous Crown Casino.

And the foods? Nah, I don't even get a small bite of sandwich there.

Ohh wait... I did had some fish n' chips in one of the fast food restaurant at the Great Ocean Road.

And another plus of the trip was....

I get to meet up with Rubhen. He was my ex-tuition-mate for blardy 5 years, but we never talk during the days. Perhaps we did, but definitely not more 10 times, I guess. Hahahaha!

Well, get to meet up with some of his machas too, where I find that indian guys are actually quite cool though. Maybe not all, but the 4 indian guys that I've met in Melbourne, are all cool to max.

But me, ain't no cool at all. I was way too quiet whenever I hang out with them, until the extent where Ghavin asked me "Why are you so quiet? Don't be so quiet, if not, I'll think that my guest doesn't like my house".

Ah-hah, honestly, I miss all four of them. The Deepavali meal, the great companion, and the farking wasted alcoholic night....

Anyway, I'm really thankful for all of you, the many ones who accommodated me in Melbourne, the many ones who listened to my rants when I'm in Melbourne, the many ones who comforted me alot, the many ones who made me stayed behind in Melbourne instead of flying back straight to KL on the 6th day of my trip, and many many more.

I H♥E♥A♥R♥T you guys a lot, a lot more than you could expect.

And you know who you guys are ♥ ♥

And one thingy, I will definitely return to Melbourne again, to pick up my broken pieces :)

This young man here, Choi Sung-Bong, totally inspired me!

I cried when he first say 'I was left in the orphanage when I was three'.

He lives in a homeless life, where his parents gave up on him when he was three, he even ran away from the orphanage after he got beaten when he was five, but he has not given up his life until today!

The way he sings does tells the story of his life, of what he had been through all this while!

He makes me realise that how lucky I am, for not living in such a dayfly-like life.

And for those people who always have rants about their life for not getting whatever they want, I hope this video does give you a tight slap on your face, a real hard one though.

Choi has been working so hard just to get a normal life like others, apparently he couldn't; While those spoiled children who always pester their own parents to buy this and that just to fulfill their material needs, please please please, watch this video again and again, and stop complaining about life!

Lastly, I shall be his 6500000001 fans in the world! Can someone just announce him as the winner? :)

The dreams that I had these days, make me wanna blog about it.

No joke on that, I've been having nightmares every night for the past few weeks,

Just last night, I've dreamt about me attending my brother's funeral, together with my grandpa's funeral, who is no longer here.

One friend of mine suggested me to google up for the 'dream interpretation' to understand more about dreams, and YEAH, this is what I've found, which I think its kinda accurate though!

Interpretation:

To dream of your own funeral, represents some circumstance that you've been dealing with. You could be trying to bury some emotions are aspects about yourself and your dream is telling you to pay attention to them. You could be hiding from a situation and hoping that it passes. If you are close to death, then a funeral dream could indicate your fears and concerns about your own demise.

To dream that you are at somebody else's funeral, signifies that you are burying an old relationship and closing the lid on the past. You may be letting go some of the feelings (resentment, anger, hostility toward someone) that you have been clinging onto.

To dream that you are attending a funeral for a still- living parent, suggests that you need to seperate yourself from your parents' restrictions and confines. The symbolic death may give yo the courage you need to take the next step toward your independence and autonomy.

To dream that you are at the funeral of an unknown person, suggests that something in your life needs to put to rest or put aside so that you can make room for something new. You need to investigate further what aspects or component of your life you need to let go.

Who Dream Walk This Morning?

Yeah, something horrible yet EXTREME happened this morning.

As usual, I was lepak-ing downstairs, doing my presentation slides, watching astro and nomming my cookies (and tea).

When its time to bed, I went into the kitchen, left my dirty plates, shut the lights, and hit the sack!

It was 5 in the morning then.

About 3 hours later, my mom woke up, went downstairs, ran back upstairs, went into my room, WOKE me up, and say:

"OMG, who left the windows OPENED? ALL THE WINDOWS IN THE KITCHEN! Its freezing cold when I went into the kitchen!"

"Mom, are you kidding me? They were ALL SHUT even before YOU went upstairs at 12!"

"SOMEONE OPENED IT! And the wooden door! Its closed, but not LOCKED!"

Blardy hell! I'm VERY VERY VERY sure that everything was SHUT before I went up (as I don't feel any cold breeze in the kitchen before I went upstairs).

Some jerk broke in?

Nah... I certainly don't think so! My house alarm was armed, and it did not trigger at all!

Coincidence?

Like how?! I'm pretty sure its NOT!

Something supernatural?

About this blog I used to read, I came across on one of his blog post that triggers my emotion. It was posted by one of his friend whom I met once at my friend's b'day party. It's very well-written hence I wanna share it with everyone.

Hope it's ok!! Here it is:

This piece is a personal investigative essay, as it is concerned with the nature of communication and connection in a modern world. My personal experience, particularly my long-distance relationship, will be used as an example to illustrate how strange it is that we often feel less connected with these technological innovations.

Ding ding. Ding ding. I looked away from my laptop screen and saw my white hand-phone illuminating. It was a text message from Chern, “Babe, free to chat on Skype?” I instantly replied, “Give me 5 minutes.”

I turned my attention back to the laptop screen and logged on to Skype. Doo doo doo doo doo. Dooooooooo. The image of a tanned and well-built guy popped up on the screen. I felt a smile tug at the ends of my lips,

“Heyyy…”

“Hey,” said Chern with a hint of monotony.

“How was your day?”

“Ok, so so. Went to uni and then went to the gym straight after that. I just finished dinner.”

“Cool.”

Although he was staring straight at the computer screen I knew he wasn’t looking at me. He shifted his eyes to the keyboard and I could hear the rhythmic tapping of the keyboard. He would pause every now and then, and then resume typing. Ok, what was the point of me coming on Skype to talk to him if he was busy with something else? He just makes me feel less important when his eyes pace from left to right across the screen whilst typing away. It’s like I’m not even there. I’m just a part of the computer. But that’s the reality.

“So,” I began. Does your mum want anything from here?”

“Umm I think she wants…” Suddenly Chern’s image froze and I couldn’t hear anything from his side. He unfroze.

“Sorry Chern, I didn’t catch that. Skype was acting up.”

“I don’t want to repeat myself again.”

“It’s not my fault that skype hanged. Could you please repeat it again?”

“Forget it, you just never listen.”

“But skype hanged, how can it be my fault?”

“I don’t want to argue anymore. I have a lot of work to do now. Anyway, you never try to have a meaningful conversation with me.”

I felt tears brim my eyes. He sighed and the call dropped. Or either he purposely put it down. The latter seems very likely.

Mum says that I’m lucky to exist in this era with all these technological innovations, such as Skype. She’s right though. It’s so easy to keep in touch with someone through different ways, such as e-mailing, “Skyping”, calling someone, chatting via MSN etc. In fact, in our modern world there are so many companies which advertise these communication methods which all say “Keep in touch with your loved ones”. Although this phrase has been overused it’s still a good marketing gimmick to grab the attention of those who are away from home. This includes purchasing phone cards, which reduce the cost of international calls. It’s so cheap to keep in touch with people now through these means of communication.

However, there’s only so much one can say to another if they’re physically apart. When communicating through a medium it’s like telling a story or reporting daily events rather than spending time and experiencing events together. It is almost impossible to enjoy spending time together communicating through these mediums with the lack of physical presence. These modern innovations are merely nothing more than programmes and machines. This means that to the other person we are communicating with through these mediums, we are nothing more than programmes and machines to them. It’s so easy for them to shut us out of their lives, as all they have to do is turn off the computer, put down the phone, or ignore us completely. By doing this continuously, we will lose our personal connection with them for good.

I don’t know how Mum and Dad kept their relationship going strong without free calls on Skype when they were apart years before I was born. Dad was working in Malaysia and Mum was working in New Zealand. I remember once when I was about 9 years old I accidentally fell through Mum’s dressing chair. Luckily the seat was only a lid and I was too small to get my bottom stuck in the wooden box/seat. I lifted up the seat/lid and found a bundle of old photographs of different places, around New Zealand I reckon, and letters scattered all around the box. I read a few of their love letters to one another, which were so full of passion. Dad would start off his letters with “Darling” and in one letter Mum wrote, “I can’t wait till we’re reunited so we can be Husband and Wife again”.

My parents kept in touch through letters and their love remained strong. If they could do it why can’t Chern and I do the same? We could try writing letters to each other, but it would only be more difficult to bear, not being able to hear each other’s voices for almost eight weeks at a time. But maybe it’s because they were slightly older than us and more mature. Or maybe it’s because letters are more personal, as you have a piece of that person with you in your hands as you read it. Touching that piece of paper is almost like touching that person, because you’re bound to touch the same places on that paper as them. Their handwriting is there written down especially for you as opposed to the modern, easier and faster substitute.

What if it involved both cases - that they were more mature than us, and writing letters is the most personal form of communication?

Typing things out on the computer can easily be done and sent via mail or e-mail, although it’s not your handwriting and is a superficial form of your writing’s font and shape. The text you have typed is a product of both you AND the computer, not just you. It’s not just typing things out on the computer. Even calling someone and sending a text message involves a medium. You can’t store those very words the person has said because the person has not written them down especially for you in the case of a phone call. Sending someone a text message via a mobile phone is quick and inexpensive, although it can come across as cold at times. Marcuse (1941) says that the presence of modern technology has shaped social relationships. To put it simply, wherever a medium is involved it plays and important part in the relationship between people who rely on it heavily to keep in touch.

As the saying goes, absence makes the heart fonder. But does it really? What about friendships and intimate relationships? Don’t they eventually fall apart until you’re left with very few friends or if your relationship breaks up? It seems to me, at times like these, that absence is just another way to encourage people to ignore, and slowly forget, each other. These communication methods do assist in helping people keep in touch, but only to a certain extent.

A counter-argument to this would be that you only know who your real friends are after you’ve been apart from them for a long time, and you know that your partner is the one for life.

Long distance-relationships are difficult in particular. Aunty Lynette once told me that men tend to be indifferent when they’re away from their partners. Most females I’ve spoken to have said the same thing. Technological development has definitely not been able to make things easier between the Chern and I. Skype unintentionally makes C more emotionally remote. My webcam is a barrier between the both of us. I try to reach out to him, but it’s of no use. He’s told me before he’s only better with communicating to people face-to-face. He’s always like this when I’m away from home, and he only transforms into that boy I first fell in love with when I’m back home. When we talk on Skype he’s looking at the monitor screen, he’s not looking into my eyes. I know this because our eyes don’t meet when we talk online. It feels as though it’s been forever since we’ve had proper eye contact.

It’s just like Heidegger’s (2010) saying: “The will to mastery becomes all the more urgent the more technology threatens to slip from human control”. Skype has control of my relationship with Chern, especially since I try to recreate things to match up to how we are when we’re physically together with each other.

‘Should I call him back?’ I thought. ‘I know I shouldn’t because when he’s in a foul mood it’s best to leave him alone so he can cool down and, hopefully, think about what he’s done wrong and apologise.’ However, I didn’t care if it was wrong to call him again. I just really needed some form of his presence, even if it was a superficial form. The only way to get through to him was to apologise. I had to swallow my pride and give in, even though I knew I wasn’t at fault. I called him again. I wasn’t surprised to see his annoyed face, “What is it?”

I managed to utter through my blocked nose, “I’m sorry baby. I miss you.”

“Mmm.”

A moment of silence passed between us. My heart pounded really hard against my chest. I didn’t know what to say to him. Although I didn’t want to end the conversation on skype and wanted his company, I felt really scared of him. I was scared of what he would say, and of what I should say to him. I’m never scared of him when we’re together, but Skype somehow brings out the fact that he can be very intimidating. It’s when we talk on Skype that I worry about losing him.

His eyes were fixed on the screen, but I know he wasn’t looking at my webcam as he was busy typing away. Every few seconds he would pause, and I would hear the click of the mouse. I grabbed a textbook to read while waiting for him to say something. Every few minutes I’d look up at the laptop screen to see if he was going to start a conversation, or to find an opportunity to say something. This went on for about half an hour.

“Baby, you ok?”

I looked up and nodded my head. He looked very sympathetic, “I don’t like it when you cry. It makes me sad and angry because I’m not there with you. I can’t hug you when I really want to. I’m sorry for getting angry at you.”

“It’s ok.”

“You know I love you, right?”

Those words made everything seem ok.

However, it would have been perfect if I were with him at that very moment. I know we’re going to argue again, but it’s just a matter of when. Like I said earlier, the personal essence which has been robbed by Skype makes it difficult for us. There is no such thing as the perfect substitute for someone’s presence.

this morning approx 3.20am, at Cheras Tmn Pertama roundabout,

saw a freak accident, involving a Vios, Myvi and a Lorry.

im one the first badge who arrive, mean it just happen maybe seconds ago.

Vios believe to be turtle and badly damaged. When im passing by the vios, rear passenger started to pull out the front driver and front passenger.

then when i pass the Myvi, the car was totally sardine. Heard one girl was yelling cos piined inside. I stop my car then run towards the myvi to offer a hand while calling 999 emergency line to request for ambulance and bomba.

then saw fire spark at the engine bay of myvi. while still on the phone with emergency line to provide more details, i run back to my car and drive to BHP station which is just less than 500m away from the scene.

then i request for the fire extingusher from the attendant which is kept inside. There was 4 extingusher on the ground. But the attendant refuse to pass to me.

the BHP attendant claimed dat the door cant be open.

then i shout at him, i need it! i want it! someone is pinned inside the car and its started to burn!

then the BHP attendant keep repeating he kenot borrow and open the door.

then i was like WTF! if ur kiosk is burning can u come out? then he replied yes.

then he still say he kenot open the door. Then he say his boss wont allowed to borrow. WTF!!!

then i started to amuk kicking the kiosk and punching the glass of the kiosk.

then i spoke to the Bomba and PDRM how many casualties was inside. they told me one girl.

Then i spoke to PDRM about the incident happen in BHP.. then the policemen also scold with anger WTF with them.. if i could get the fire extingushier.. the girl might be saved.

then the Policemen ask me to go police station to report a cover about the BHP, and he assured me that the stupid BHP wont get to report on me.

Personally i would like to ask, how much does 4 fire extingusher cost? isit more expensive than a life?

A sudden eerie struck on my nerves after I read about what had actually happened (from Akina's note). I could even imagine how terrified he is to witnessed the whole scene of the victim was being pinned and 'toasted' in her Myvi, with no helping hand given out BECAUSE HE CAN'T!

Then, screams and wails of the lady faded in thin air as nothing could be done to rescue the flame without the GOD DAMN FIRE EXTINGUISHER. Also, flesh of blood can NEVER be seen as this young lady here was being BURNED TO DEATH!

Until now, still, this female victim remains unknown as all the documents which can prove her identity have been all burnt, including her carplate number.

And FYI, some of the mainstream medias are pressing down on this issue to the public.

To those who are married, .. Not married .. and

soon to be married, I hope you will be touched with this story...

MARRIAGE

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and

said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly.

Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know

what I was thinking. I want a divorce... I raised the topic calmly.

She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly,

why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the

chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't

talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what

had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory

answer; she had lost my heart to Dew. I didn't love her anymore. I just

pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated

that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.

She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent

ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for

her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I

had said for I loved Dew so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of

me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a

kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several

weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something

at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell

asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Dew.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not

care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: She didn't want

anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce.

She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a

life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a

month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken

marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to

recall how I had carried her into our bridal room on our wedding day.

She requested that everyday for the month's duration I carry her out of

our bedroom to the front door ever morning.. I thought she was going

crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd

request.

I told Dew about my wife's divorce conditions... She laughed loudly and

thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to

face the divorce, she said scornfully..

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was

explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we

both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mummy

in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to

the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in

my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about

the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside

the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the

office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my

chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realised that I

hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time.. I realised she

was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair

was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I

wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy

returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.

On the fifth and sixth day, I realised that our sense of intimacy was

growing again. I didn't tell Dew about this. It became easier to carry

her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me

stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few

dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my

dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realised that she had grown so

thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her

heart. Subconsciously, I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mum out.

To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an

essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer

and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I

might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms,

walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her

hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly;

it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held

her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I

held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked

intimacy.

I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the

door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked

upstairs. Dew opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Dew, I do not

want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead.. Do you have

a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Dew, I said, I

won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I

didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each

other any more. Now I realise that since I carried her into my home on

our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.

Dew seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed

the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my

wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and

wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I

run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a

relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the

bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot

give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend

and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a

real happy marriage!

If you don't share this, nothing will happen to you.

If you do, you just might save a marriage.

Many of life's failures are people who did not realise how close they

were to success when they gave up.

Guys out there, this is an advantage for you guys as a guidance to know where do you stand when women use these words!

(1) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up. It might also mean that the girl is disappointed with your action!

(2) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

(3) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

(4) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. DON'T DO IT!

(5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

(6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

(7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome' .. that will bring on a 'whatever').

(8) Whatever: Is a woman's way of saying Fxxx YOU!

(9) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.

I've gotta say.... LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH FULLEST, like what I've just did.

As usual in previous years, tonight, I'd spent my whole night with more than 100+ orphans @ my cousin's place (Siah Residence).

Balloon fights with the balloon-made-swords, dinner session, massage session by the orphans, magic shows, movie session, gifts giving sessions, and last but not least, CAMWHORE SESSION! (Anyway pics will be up soon! Its all with my cousin Dheng!!)

The gathering was awesome, I would say! Seeing all these orphans once again in this brand new year, I'm heavenly blessed as they've grown up so much, healthy and energetic (Cause I kena whacked by 4 boys during the balloon fights, but I jadi to bully them back! Woot woot ♡)...

Fun and meaningful night to with loveys, this is definitely one of the unforgettable days throughout the year.

Yet, bad news always show up on a perfect day.

Just got an unusual news, where my uncle just passed away!

I'm still unsure of what had actually happen to him, I just knew that I'd just saw him one fortnight ago, or lesser.

My joyful day is being turned OFF into a blue blue day.

And the next thing I know is....

My mom has just lost her only brother!

I gave my big brother a biggie hug before I stepped out from his room yesterday night.

That kinda feeling... was similar as the feeling that I had when I lost a friend on last August. Double loss, I would say.

Hard time I know, a real hard time for my brother now! But I have faith in him, he will mend this grief as I'd walked out from mine, I know he can do it too...

In such situation, nobody can be blame. Where we fall, there's where we grow and gain. Stay focus, distract yourself from thinking of nonsense; Be yourself, no point pretending to be someone else for someone else's sake.

Once you'd found yourself, you'll feel so much lighter in soul as insomnia no longer strikes you, depression is gone and peace is in your mind.

Btw, I had a first short conversation with my big brother after these shit happens on him. Although it lasted for minutes, but through this conversation, only I realised that my brother pampers and sacrifices a lot to keep things in shape.

ME: "Everything will be alright soon. See, take me as an example, everything went on so smoothly after my great loss. I know you'll be alright too =)))) "

BROTHER: "Mine is different, and special. But, if were to compare to you, mine is so much better than yours. Anyhow, work and money are what I have to focus on now! I'll earn and buy you a sports car k *big smile* "

ME: "Aite, I can buy it myself in future. Btw, you smelled alcoholic, and cigarettes smoke. I thought you'd quited smoking. Did you pick up the habit again?"

BROTHER: "Yeah, I'm just being myself now =)))))) "

And he smiled to me.

Then, I gave him a hug, and I teared...

Whatever it is, I'm glad that he'd found back himself, being himself once again...

Not because of the gift, its because of meeting up babyyy again, after being distanced for like... 34 days? Gahhh, seriously, I'd lost the count!

Anyway, I was there, staring at babyyy, smiling like an idiot while babyyy was so nervous meeting my parents and other family friends who flooded into my house. Even his voice was shaking when he answered back my parents!

Ohh yeah, babyyy did bought a hamper for my mommy! He so pandai hoh, go attack my mom! Tsk tsk tsk...

If I have a girlfriend, I would still embark on doing those conventional lovey dovey shit a couple would do on that particular day. Maybe add some novelty values of my own to succeed the valentines plan.

Because your bull shit condemnations about Vday do not work for me.

True, you do not only love your partner on Valentines Day, you love them everyday. You've done a pretty good job expressing your love to your significant half everyday. You think that Vday is unambiguously just another commercial day to conning people into spending money.

So to you,

it's completely fine to chicken out on a Vday

because it is too much hassles

But I do believe, that
